Our rpm repo for CentOS/RHEL requires EPEL repository enabled. It is the step 1 in our documentation [0].
After running into the
issue I've already reported, I checked, and at least for the
moment, the EPEL version matches the package in the TOR repo. So
I switched back to using the EPEL version.
