[or-cvs] Warnings in log

Hi!

I keep getting these log messages:

Feb 04 00:26:15.483 [warn] onion_new_cpath_build_state(): failed to choose an 
exit server
Feb 04 00:26:16.493 [notice] All routers are down or middleman -- choosing a 
doomed exit at random.

Any idea what that means?
