[tor-dev] obfsproxy & openvpn

Hey Jurre,

till we fix #9221 (the issue of obfsproxy not having a SOCKS5
listener), you might be able to work around this problem by doing what
kheops did here:

Basically he is using the external mode of obfsproxy, where he makes
the client forward traffic to a specific IP/port instead of starting
up a SOCKS listener. Might work...
