Hi everyone,

we're going to have an IRC meeting to discuss next steps for the Weather 
rewrite:

  Wednesday, February 26, at 18:00 UTC in #tor-dev on OFTC.

Topics include reporting progress made since the last meeting two weeks 
ago, making plans for the next week, and possibly turning this project
