[tor-dev] Authority Directory new IP

Dear Tor,

I am planning to change the IP address of Faravahar, it's basically a reconfiguration 
of the networking and how we are hosting it, to better stand future DDoS attacks.

Here is the ticket for it:

Should I also attach a patch for tor's source code?
