We would love it if you could still contribute to Tor Project outside of the GSoC program, but we understand that it can be hard to balance work and studies.

Hello everyone,
Can someone confirm that tor project is participating at GSOC 2019?
I am a Mathematics and Computer Science student (Russia, Ural Federal University).
Privacy violation and internet censorship became serious problems for me personally and for many people in my country. I am looking forward to contribute to tor project by implementing OONI Encore style test in browser.
