have you ever set this up for a Tor relay? really?

i've done plenty of networking on multi-homed systems and run relays
many years, yet never had to go beyond existing behavior with the
outbound bind address. Exit binding as distinct option might be
useful, yet no one has defined a reasonable scenario for such utility.
