Thanks, that was it. I forgot i run tor in chrooted enviroment that
contained old openssl-libraries. Fixed. Thanks a lot!

I've build a new chroot (in encrypted disk-image) which is easier to
maintain and upgrade but takes a lot more of diskspace. I installed
base-packages with Debians debootstrap. Now I don't need to compile
newest version from sources and I can upgrade libs etc. by running
apt-get in chrooted enviroment.
