OnionMail (ver 1.4.4.281B) implements the new protocol VMAT:
Virtual Mail Address Translator
Your address 123456789abcdef.onion is translated to a normal internet
mail address (mail@xxxxxxxxxxx) into the tor network.

Update your OnionMail server:

(Remeber to clear your maildir/server/feed directory before update).
