This might become a regular biweekly thing, if it proves to be successful.

I'd like to be involved, but that's 3am my time.

I haven't had time to work on Rendezvous Single Onion Services (#17178) lately - it needs to stop operators changing the option at runtime, and it also needs some unit tests.

Rendezvous Handoff (#17254) needs some more detail in the proposal, and a change to decrypt the cell content before handoff. I'd like to see it happen, but I'm short on time to help out.

(I'm hoping I'll have time after I finish a grant proposal, and also finish fallback directories (#15775) and multiple bootstrap connections (#4483)).
