1) Yell at Redhat for shipping a broken SSL.
2) Perhaps check for whether 'pkg-config --cflags openssl' works, and if
it does, use it.
3) If we don't do 2, check for whether /usr/kerberos/include exists, and
if so, use it.

Mixminion does 3; 2 is probably more correct.
