Hi Ben! You are welcome to set up a tor mirror, but they go mostly
unused these days. Many years ago we had plans to spread out the load,
point many users to the mirrors, use them for getting censorship of the
main website, etc, but those plans never really arrived at a workable
conclusion.
So, feel free, but I would recommend putting your energy into something
more directly rewarding, like setting up Tor relays or bridges or
snowflakes.
Thanks!
