Greetings, Network team will be releasing on Thursday (April 7th, 2022) the first release candidate of the 0.4.7.x series! Yes! Finally! Congestion control is arriving to a relay near you! We'll be stabilizing as much as we can in the coming weeks. There might be another release candidate in case of major bugfixes or not. We are quite hopeful to have the first stable before the end of the month!
