[tor-project] Trac offline for a few hours - now back

Hi,

Some of you might have noticed that trac was offline and sad for a few
hours. This was due to a scheduled update to the VM where trac lives. We
also updated trac installation itself and a few plugings.

If you notice anything amiss please open a ticket (or in case trac
doesn't work send me an email directly).
