[tor-project] Kazahstan will setup MITM goverment SSL CA root from 01.01.2016

This caught my eye...

Looks like there are ~8000 direct users, and 100-200 bridge users now.

There aren't many details, and the English version of the press release is
a direct Google Translate from the original. I couldn't find the step-by-step
guide mentioned, I'm thinking it's accessible after you log in but maybe it's
not published yet.
