Hi Shari,

I've been hunting for this one for a while, and Juris came up with
the URL finally:

I am cc'ing tor-project for posterity.

It seems like we should be able to make use of this in our advertising
in some way. Right? Surely? :)

(As far as I know, we do not know whose arm this is.)
