[tor-project] GSoC 2017 - unMessage: Report #3

Hi everyone!

This is my report #3 for the unMessage GSoC project.

# Updates

Since the last report I mostly worked on making methods asynchronous
using `Deferreds` and `@inlineCallbacks` (task #21 [0]), but also on
learning how to properly use Twisted's reactor, which will be
important for the tests (task #33 [1]).

# What's next

Continue working on these tasks to have new tests running soon.
