[tor-project] Use of "tor" as part of the name for sbws Debian package

Hi,

we're going to package sbws [0] for Debian.
We would like to provide the package in deb.torproject.org and probably
also in the official Debian archive.
teor, irl [1] and others [2] proposed to used the "tor-" namespace for
the sbws package.
Ulrike pointed out [2] that software using "tor-" in their name needs to
be acknowledged by the Tor Project [3].
So, would it be fine to call the sbws Debian package something like
"tor-sbws"?.
