The tickets #20301 and #24197 do not look like user issues.
 
 #20301 along with #13893 is in relation to a query by a windows 7 user getting the message "EMET detect a SimExecFlow coming from TorBrowser and close the app (crash)". This is where this was picked up from - https://blog.torproject.org/comment/273598#comment-273598
