[tor-project] VKontakte recommending Tor for circumvention, links sketchy app for iOS

I was reading about Ukraine's May 16 blocking of Russian web sites and
the resulting increase in Tor users:

One of the blocked sites is VKontakte, a service like Facebook. I found
that they have a page on circumvention that recommends e.g. Opera VPN,
Tunnelbear, and Tor Browser.

Their links for Windows, macOS, and Android look good, but for iOS they
are linking to some weird third-party app "VPN Browser - TOR-powered
unlimited VPN":

Perhaps someone could get them to link something more reasonable?
