[tor-project] Do you own the dockerhub user name torproject?

I recently tried to set up an organisational dockerhub account named
torproject but the name was already taken, by a seemingly inactive
user account: <https://hub.docker.com/u/torproject>

Does anyone on here own this account, or knows who might?
