Nextcloud migration (karsten)
	gaba creates a new pad on nc.torproject.net and copies all content from
here there, then tells us how to find it
Onionoo upgrade to 7.0-1.21.1 (karsten)
Exit scanner (irl)
	Irl rewrote the exit scanner (just the scanner portion) in python. It
will be ready for review this week.
