[tor-project] cohosh's monthly status report, October 2023



Hi! This is my status report for contract work done in October 2023.

# Reputation-based bridge distribution

- Deployed the lox distributor in production

- Met with the UX team to discuss Lox UX

- Reviewed the addition of prometheus metrics to the lox distributor

- Continued Tor Browser integration with Lox client
	- Had to rebase and work around the new Firefox CSP

# Snowflake

- Worked with OONI to update domain front used for Snowflake tests

- Looked into the blocking of foursquare.com and other potential fronts

- Changed proxy stats and metrics to report throughput during the last hour
