I'd like to propose 15:00 UTC on Wednesdays, starting this Wednesday (17th October 2018), at #tor-meeting on IRC for this meeting. We can reserve the whole hour, but hopefully we will only need 30 minutes for it.

I can't make 1500 UTC on Wednesdays. If it has to be on a Wednesday
(which I am fine with) then 1800 UTC would work for me.
