# Rotterdam meeting planning

anarcat was wondering if the team wants to predetermine a structure
and schedule for our morning sessions, or if we're okay with the
current (lack of) explicit plan.

We feel it's best to focus on the social aspects and seeing people in
person instead of working on technical aspects because we always do
the the rest of the year.

Maybe we'll have a discussion of 'how does the team function?' and
similar. Anarcat wants to talk about wikis.

Let's keep it simple and build the schedule in the morning when we
arrive.

# Roadmap discussion

Tracking ticket: tpo/tpa/team#42761

A roadmap has been drafted in epic groups/tpo/tpa#9. It feels more
realistic in terms of load. anarcat still need to talk to a couple team
leads about it to see if we're missing any priorities from other teams.

We're starting Q4 but don't have much to plan for in October, with the
meeting taking up a big chunk of time, we'll review Q4 at the next
roadmap meeting.

We'll also review the roadmap at the rotterdam meeting.
