[tor-relays] Snowflake throughput (was Re: Re: Snowflake setup fail)

Good to know; thanks! I have the snap package installed and running now.

Another question: perusing the tor-snowflake log file, it seems that the 
number of connections and amount of data transferred through 
tor-snowflake is substantially less than what I was seeing when I ran a 
tor relay. Is this to be expected, or is there something I can tweak to 
improve matters?
