We have a bug in rdsys where it stops accepting new bridges (and testing old 
ones) until a restart:
https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/anti-censorship/rdsys/-/issues/249

The first week of July most tor developers were AFK as we had a mid-year break, 
sorry it took some time for us to notice the problem. We are working on fixing 
it. In the mean time we are watching closely our alerts to restart rdsys if this 
happen.


I see that now one of your bridges have a distributor (HTTPS) but another is 
still on None, it seems to be offline:

Can it be a problem on your side?
