[tor-relays] current HSDir flag requirements

     What are all the current requirements for a relay to get a
HSDir flag?  96 (97?) hours of uptime and what else?
     Can someone tell me what my relay, MYCROFTsOtherChild, is
missing for a HSDir flag?
     Thanks in advance for any relevant information.
