[tor-relays] OrNetStart AROI

Hi there !
i was able to verify 19 out of 20 relays i operate on the OrNetStats 
website.
sadly, the 20th has not passed the verification because i wrongly 
copy-pasted (tbh, that requestes some talent...) the fingerprint of that 
relay in the DNS.
Now it is fixed, i have waited 24h, but still i can see the relay not 
verifying correctly...

I have also checked the relay family with https://aroivalidator.1aeo.com 
and there's all 20 seems verified correctly.
