They did announce for the releases of Tor 0.2.4.26[1], 0.2.4.27[2],
0.2.5.11[1], 0.2.5.12[2], 0.2.6.5rc[3] and 0.2.6.7[2] in the website,
although they didn't for 0.2.6.6 for some reason, even though the
version was uploaded.[4]
