     Yes.  Since it wasn't working anyway, I also followed the instructions
in the file to fetch a current copy.  FreeBSD's cut(1) doesn't accept -f0-3,
but changing it to -f1-3 produced output in the same format, so an updated
version of the file in the same format is currently in the location shown
above.
