Yes, use stream isolation. Use Tor 0.2.3 and have a look into the Tor
dev manual (not checked if they updated the stable manual).

Short: different socks passwords or different Socks- (Trans-, Dns-)
Ports will and [see manual] will enforce using different circuits.
