What about the idea of a self aware virus running within/upon
any given [overlay] network. The network would provide an
execution platform. The virus would roam around, ferrying
data, keeping tabs on its life/storage/replication/peer goals,
things like that. Maybe somewhat like FreeNet but where
the virus determines lifetime within the network limits
vs. the popularity/last use (never used FN so maybe my
description is wrong).
Doesn't wikileaks use Tor (modified/private?) in a few places?
