If you want to use the Tor browser to access devices on your LAN, you
must configure it appropriately. In the "Network" tab of "Preferences /
Advanced", hit the "Settings" button under "Connection". Then add your
LAN address range in the "No Proxy for" box and save.

That would be something like "localhost,,". The
IP in your question ( is however not a private IP address.
It apparently belongs to Group Health Cooperative in Seattle, WA.
