Yeah. Plus, they would no longer be fast because of the lack of load distribution. No offense, but you're obviously not a network admin :) (It's ok no one should have to be- Geek Man's Burden! :D)

I'll tell you what would happen. Security compromise. All China has to do is open up some really fast/country/a-list Tor servers, and then they can figure out the circuits.
