I have never heard of UTC, but I will take your word for it seeing as I
am indeed British.
However, try looking at your time / date setting in Control Panel -
everything references GMT. No mention of UTC.

Insert foot mouth. UTC is the offical zero time and has been for
decades. GMT is a British (and former British Colonies) / Military
colloquialism.
