[tor-talk] TBB download mirror or p2p?

Hi!

The TBB download
<https://www.torproject.org/dist/torbrowser/tor-browser-2.3.25-2_en-US.exe>
is quite slow, getting about 100KB/s (much faster line...).

Is this a temporarily (over)load of the server?

Otherwise, did you consider solutions like mirrors (ancient technology
;) ) or p2p distribution (bittorrent or other) ?
