That sounds a bit misleading - if you're a suspect you don't need to
tell the truth. You don't need to say anything.
Though if you're a witness, you *must* testify (as long as you're not
accusing your kids or spouse) *and* tell the truth.

However, if you lie in court as a witness, you're in big trouble.
