Some of us have been playing with the idea of using forum software to
communicate supplemental to the other avenues.  I'm proud to announce,
that due to the help of others, this forum has been moved from alpha
to a beta state.  The forum is located at

forums are not connected to the Tor Project in any official manner,
just want that to be clear.
