That is very right and proper of course.

Unless the Tor project backs those onions publicly, they would just be
personal services as like any other TorIzen.

Because it's not clear which of the above are running on official Torproject
hardware and/or under official sanction; and which may be mirrors, of possibly
unknown repute, or possibly put on the trac by less than core parties.
Without side confirmation, who knows what links are real or provided
by which party.
