[tor-talk] problem with tor in linux mint 17

Hi all
I have been using tor without problems under Fedora 19 and Mint 16. But 15 days ago I upgraded to Mint 17 and noticed that tor wasnt working at all. After watching the logs for a couple of days, I found this warnings and errors:

Jul 28 08:51:10.000 [warn] Problem bootstrapping. Stuck at 10%: Finishing handshake with directory server. (DONE; DONE; count 10; recommendation warn)
Jul 28 08:51:10.000 [warn] 10 connections have failed:
Jul 28 08:51:10.000 [warn] 10 connections died in state handshaking (TLS) withSSL state unknown state in HANDSHAKE Jul 28 09:03:33.000 [warn] Problem bootstrapping. Stuck at 10%: Finishing handshake with directory server. (DONE; DONE; count 11; recommendation warn)
Jul 28 09:03:33.000 [warn] 11 connections have failed:
Jul 28 09:03:33.000 [warn] 11 connections died in state handshaking (TLS) with SSL state unknown state in HANDSHAKE
Jul 28 09:35:34.000 [notice] Interrupt: exiting cleanly.
Jul 28 10:19:01.000 [notice] Tor 0.2.4.20 (git-0d50b03673670de6) opening log file. Jul 28 10:19:01.000 [warn] OpenSSL version from headers does not match the versi on we're running with. If you get weird crashes, that might be why. (Compiled with 1000105f: OpenSSL 1.0.1e 11 Feb 2013; running with 1000106f: OpenSSL 1.0.1f 6 Jan 2014)

Is ther eany way to solve this? Or perhaps my ISP found a way to block tor?
