You can have a browser (say Firefox) with Proxy enabled,
and another (Say Opera) where disabled.
You would use Firefox for anonymity and Opera
for the rest.
In Opera, I've installed the "activate proxy server" on
main screen: If I can't go through Tor, I disable
Proxy... But it concerns all the windows/sites I'm browsing
simultaneously.
