Two questions

Hi everyone,

I've two questions :

1/ How can i reduce the time for changing route originally set to 10 minutes? I can't find the line i am supposed to add in TORRC ?

2/ I try to add an exit node country restriction with theses lines
ExitNodes {fr}
StrictExitNodes 1

But Vidalia request a geoip file, where am i supposed to find this file ?
