I got a bunch of those on March 7, followed two minutes later by "Tor has
successfully opened a circuit. Looks like client functionality is working.".
I also see that I rebooted the other computer at that time. What happened, I
don't know. But it looks like Tor couldn't connect to anything at that time.
It should say "[scrubbed]" if you have SafeLogging on, but it spells out the
hidden address.
