[tor-talk] Codecrypt PQ ciphersuite looking for contributors

Codecrypt is a currently maintained PQ crypto-engine comparable to GPG and
implements the latest algorithms including SPHINCS, XSynd and ChaCha. It
has been recently packaged in Debian. It has been discussed in GPG Conf
and FOSDEM.

A quick opinion from a qualified cryptographer says the code looks good
and is written by some one who knows what they are doing.

The Codecrypt author is close to another major release and is interested
in contributions by anyone interested and if they know crypto and C++
