It would be really nice to have a sort of web-apps to involve funding
communities around Tor Exit Nodes Initiatives.

Sets of independent Tor Exit Nodes or Groups of Tor Exit nodes
communities where the bandwidth handled dynamically by adjusting the
available Tor bandwidth on the basis of current available funds.

Having some sort of configurable schema, so that the available money
collected can be used in calculating the variable bandwidth costs with
different parameters:
- Minimum monthly bandwidth provided by the node
- Maximum monthly bandwidth
- Month of survival (how much current funds must keep the node running
if no other funding come-in)

That way the administrator can know in advance if he need to do more
campaigning to attract recurring funders to keep the node running.

A person would be able to precisely donate "the amount of monthly
bandwidth" he like, and what that bandwidth represent for his motivation
in funding.

The "bandwidth" donated would be also represented by:
- average number of times a iranian/chinese users visit facebook
- how many internet search has been done without filters
- etc (more end-user understandable concepts)

Giving a user a choices, with nice js selectors calculating the
parameters that make him get satisfied with his soul, would make Tor
funding really perceivable by end-users donating.

Integration with social networks, such as facebook funding app, to let
support communities aggregate also there, increasing the ability to get
funding.

Yeah, it sounds me like it's a set of disconnected ideas
