Having a stable bridge is better than having one that's constantly
changing it's IP address. However, it is possible to change the IP of
the instance you would need to manually stop and start the instance,
and then you'd have to log on and restart Tor. Maybe we should just
add this to the FAQ on the Tor Cloud website?
