Debian and Ubuntu packages for i386 and amd64 available at
http://asteria.noreply.org/~weasel/tor/0.1.2.17-dev/ - please download
the .deb and dpkg -i it (after checking the sig on the .changes file and
comparing the md5 checksum) manually - no apt for this one.
