When it says "watching" does it mean? I thought the info was encrypted (except the last hop) and the IP invisible? Does it mean timing attacks?

The first hop is an entry guard, which stays the same in order to
prevent a well-known type of attack which could reveal your idenitity.
You needn't worry - the first hop has no way of knowing what you're
doing, or even who the last hop in your circuits are. =:o)
