Yes, with SSL, Tor, and VPN in existence it would make internet censorship difficult, but if Snowden is to be believed, GCHQ already has this capacity and could disseminate it to the police forces of this nation, so some sort of comment is necessary. No, Tor should not be advocating porn (but I've never seen Tor advocating it), and advocating could lead to grave implications of legality which could leave Tor being closed down. Probably the best thing to do now is to refer concerned citizens to ORG and for Tor supporting it to the hilt.
